This Safeguarding Refresher Course is designed to provide members aged 18 and over of the Young Scientists Journal with up-to-date knowledge and practical guidance on safeguarding principles within the journal. The course covers essential topics such as recognizing signs of abuse, understanding reporting procedures, and fostering a safe, inclusive community for all participants. Through interactive modules and real-world scenarios, participants will revisit key safeguarding concepts, and develop the confidence to respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the skills and awareness needed to maintain a safe and supportive environment for themselves and others in academic and scientific settings.
