This article mainly focuses on the relationship between Vitamin D and sunlight
exposure and further investigates Vitamin D deficiency, its causes, and its impacts on
human well-being. Furthermore, it discusses the surprising prevalence of this deficiency in areas with abundant daylight, a phenomenon referred to as the “Vitamin D Paradox”. Despite being a widely acknowledged fact that people who live in areas with a lot of sun exposure have high levels of Vitamin D, recent research has proven that Vitamin D deficiencies are more prevalent in these areas.
